Prudential Buildings in Bristol welcomes independent café, Restore

ARC Retail & Leisure has advised Grosvenor Property on a letting of Unit 3 at the Prudential Buildings on Wine Street.

Local business Restore has opened its fifth café in a busy location, overlooking Castle Park. It was a pleasure dealing with founder, Kristian Crews who has done a great job fitting out the former betting shop.

Restore are proudly independent, and with a commitment to sustainability, it aims to focus on business with purpose through its core values: people & planet.
